Our Employment Equity division helps business by incorporating best practices as well as guidelines to assist them with compliance. The division is actively involved with the application and development of equity standards and requirements such as compliance with Employment Equity plans, annual Employment Equity reports, Analysis and Consultation. Ongoing evaluation ensures that our clients adhere to ongoing requirements of the Employment Equity Act.

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
Skills development has an essential role to play in any business, helping you to maximize the potential of your current employees and potential new recruits. At CTL Group Holdings (Pty) Ltd we offer a wide range of Skills Development services – from identifying your relevant SETA, Skills Development Committees and submission of Annual Training Reports and Workplace Skills Plans.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
To ensure your line managers are fully equipped to handle complex interactions between employees and the need to maintain high standards of production and discipline, it is critical that you give them the vital grounding, practical tools, knowledge and skills to control the working environment and to perform their managerial duties. We offer a 1 day Industrial Relations course and a 2 day Industrial Relations course which is a practical guide targeted at Operational Managers, Supervisors, Head of Departments, Human Resource Practitioners and Business owners.
